Dr. Calvin Lei, MD, Family Doctor, Toronto In 1994, after working in Ottawa for two years (I went to McGill Medical School and did my family medicine residency in Montreal), I moved to Toronto. Bay College Medical Clinic (then called Bay Wellesley) had a practice opening.Dr. Calvin Lei, MD, Family Doctor, Toronto showed up and have never left. While the patient population has changed dramatically over the years, I still have patients who have been with me since the beginning. I feel really privileged to work and service this very dynamic community.
Believe it or not, Dr. Calvin Lei, MD, Family Doctor, Toronto was trained in classical ballet in my early years. I am still very passionate about the art form (I am involved in an international dance festival called Fall For Dance North which takes place in the first week of October in Toronto). Dance has helped me to appreciate and understand that a lot of human communication is non verbal, and often conveyed through movements and slight gestures.
