had been a patient of Dr. H's for years but she has proven not to be the kind of person I thought she was for so many years. I had made a few appts recdently and then cancelled them - thought I was going to have a procedure at St.B. and I needed someone to accompany me so they could drive home. After a few cancellations I made an Appt with Dr. H. to explain why the cancelled appts happened. I explained to her and I only recall her saying - you weren't going to have a procedure - wish I had known that then I wouldn't have had to juggle so many things. Anyway the convo ended pretty much after that. A day or two later I get a Registered Letter which shocked me cuz I thought maybe I won the lottery - not realizing that I don't buy lottery tickets - here it was certainly not the lottery - she had for some effing reason that I should not be allowed to drive - have driven over 55 years, never a speeding ticket, never a parking ticket and never a speeding ticket so I am completely baffled why she would do this to me - I had already decided that I would not make any appointments with her again, but at least I had the decency to make an appointment with her to tell her why I had cancelled a few others - re thinking I was going to have a procedure where I needed to take someone with me...I am beyond devastated by what she has done - I have my darling dog who has heart issues and I need to have him at regular appts with his vet - also I am a widow and have been for many years - nobody running errands for me..I need my vehicle to get groceries, go shopping, take my dog to the vet etc., yet for some effing reason another Doctor who thinks she/he is next in line to God. I really am considering getting a lawyer because there is no reason on this earth to have my goddam drivers license taken away - never ever a parking ticket. I do not live where there is a grocery store at the end of the street - it's a drive and everything else I am involved in - my dog's vet, his day care once a week absolutely requires me to drive and yet she has done this for the simple reason because she can. She doesn't even know me and I was nice enough to keep the appt I had made with her to explain why I had cancelled the appointments - and her only response was that I wasn't scheduled for anything like that - I did sit there for a very few minutes - not one really to make idle convo with any Dr. but I just did - whatever now thanks to her I have no way to get groceries, take my dog to the vet, do my banking or anything else. No effing way in hell should a bloody urologist make a decision that affects my life like this - probably mentioned this but I am a widow and have been for many years, never had a parking ticket, a speeding ticket nothing like that. but I desperately need my vehicle so that I can keep my quiet boring life the way it is... pisses me right off and she can be happy to know I will never ever ever ever make another appt to see her, and would never recommend her to anyone cuz who knows if she's having a bad day -whatever that may mean to her - she may try to take your kids away. be forewarned sometimes these Doctors have way too much effing power than they ever should..so totally pissed off and disappointed in her - I didn't have to keep the appointment I had with her to explain why I had cancelled the others but I did out of COURTESY TO HER, sure as hell wish I hadn't bothered to be polite.

A local oncologist is a physician who diagnoses and treats cancers, from lung cancer to prostate cancer. Men with prostate cancer will work with a local oncologist to manage and treat the disease. Some men with prostate cancer undergo surgery to remove the cancer, while others need chemotherapy (using chemicals to destroy cancer cells), radiation (using high doses of radiation to destroy cancer cells) or hormone therapy. Some men also find it beneficial to work with complementary wellness providers such as massage therapists, kinesiologists, registered dietitians, nutritionists, psychologists and athletic therapists.
